We have a large area for group exercise and provide all the equipment— also a separate group cycling room with room for 20!
DAC offers 50+ classes each week that are included with your membership. If you want to get your heart pumping, strengthen your core or concentrate on relaxation we have a class to ‘fit’ you. Our class lineup includes Boot Camp, Pilates, Yoga, Step, Hi/Lo, Body Sculpt, Stability Ball, Group Cycling, Zumba and BODYPUMP™. Our certified instructors will keep you motivated and demonstrate exercises for beginning through advanced students! With so much variety you will never get bored! We provide all the equipment you provide the enthusiasm!
